KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit:

GCash deposits are normally credited within seconds. If your balance hasn't updated after 5 minutes, first check your GCash app to confirm the transaction was successful (look for a confirmed transaction reference number). Then go to your Game Perya Transaction History under your account dashboard to see if the deposit is showing as pending. If the GCash transaction is confirmed but the balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, contact support@gameperya.com with your GCash transaction reference number and we'll investigate and credit it manually if needed.

Game Perya does not charge any additional deposit fees on our end. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees for certain transfer types.
